For my marketing report I have looked at ways that my agency will fit in the industry. My STRENGTHS look at my personal skills and my OPPORTUNITIES look at how I can put them to practice. I have WEAKNESSES and THREATS that may affect my company and keep it from succeeding but hopefully my agency can work with planning and determination.
