This is a positioning map that determines where I may fit in the industry... In my marketing report I have looked at several competitors and other music companies that may be of threat to me. Here is where I sit within the industry, I am a small music agency as I am just starting out, I also charge a small amount compared to big conglomerates like Sony Music Records because I am targeting musicians that are starting out. They wont have lots of money to spend on promotion, it will be very limited.
